Chris Blask on Threat Intelligence Sharing and Cloud Security

Chris Blask, executive director of Webster University’s Cyberspace Research Institute (CRI) and chair of the Industrial Control System Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ICS-ISAC), discusses emerging trends in Threat Intelligence Sharing and Cloud Security.

The CRI was launched in May out of a need from local businesses and other non-profits to collaborate on security issues. It offers digital laboratories for Institute members, students and faculty to explore the most current cyberspace and security issues and threats and figure out ways to combat disruptive technologies and create collaborative research.

The ICS-ISAC is a non-profit Knowledge Sharing Center established to help facilities develop situational awareness in support of local, national and international security. At the ICS-ISAC facility operators, integrators, vendors, researchers and the communities they support work together to share the means and methods necessary to maintain safe and stable societies.
