Not Heading to AWS re:Invent 2015? You’re Missing Out!

As David Linthicum pointed out in a recent article in InfoWord, AWS Re:Invent (October 6-9, 2015, #reInvent) has emerged as “the must-attend cloud show for everyone focused on Amazon Web Services” – and he noted that security in the cloud will be top of mind for attendees.

Linthicum points out that although cloud platform providers have always put extra focus on security as part of their value proposition, users still need to be proactive in establishing and maintaining a robust security posture.

“Security will take center stage this year as it becomes the biggest focal point for many organizations maturing their workload strategies in the cloud,” said cofounder and CEO Tim Prendergast (@Auxome).

“Cloud infrastructure security will be a focal point where industry verticals – financial, public sector, retail, manufacturing, and tech – converge.”, the leader in cloud infrastructure security for Amazon Web Services (AWS), will be out in full force at the show this year touting our innovative cloud infrastructure solution.

The Evident Security Platform (ESP) was designed specifically to help modern IT and DevOps teams automate and maintain security within the AWS shared responsibility model. ESP combines automated detection of vulnerabilities and security mis-configurations with guided remediation, audit capabilities, and compliance requirements.
